ARTICLE X Skateboards Adopted 2-2-88 as Ord. No. 1-88
§ 75-60. Definitions.
For the purpose of this Article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
STREETS-Includes all streets, highways, roads, avenues, lanes, alleyways or other public rights-of-way used for the passage of motor vehicles. Streets shall mean the area between the curbs or, if no curbs, that portion of the public right-of-way used for the passage of motor vehicles. For the purpose of this Article, the definition of "streets" does not include public parking lots.
§ 75-61. Operation on certain streets prohibited.
No person shall operate, or cause to be operated, any skateboards on the following streets of.the _____________________ in the areas designated:

Belvidere Avenue
Broad Street
etc.
§75-62 Operation on certain sidewalks prohibited
No person shall operate, or cause to be operated, any skateboard upon the following sidewalks of the following streets of the ____________________:
Belvidere Avenue
Broad Street
etc.
§75-63 Operation on sidewalks in reckless manner prohibited
No person shall operate, or cause to be operated, any skateboards upon the sidewalks or streets of the ______________ in a reckless or hazardous fashion or in a manner creating interference with pedestrian or vehicular traffic.
§75-64 Violations and penalties
Any person violating the provisions of this Article shall, upon conviction, be punishable by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500)
