How to use the M.R.S.A. Online

MMA's web site provides links to many useful resources on the Internet from the "Links to Internet Resources" page.

To use the M. R. S. A. . . .

Select Maine Revised Statutes from the list under "State Links/Maine Statutes/Regulations"

Clicking on the link will take you directly to the "List of Titles, Maine Revised Statutes" on the State's web site.

If you know the title you need, you can go directly to it. For example: TITLE 30-A: MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES (HEADING: PL 1987, c. 737, Pt. A, @2 (new))

The numbers at the end of the Chapter titles (i.e. §1101 -  §1101) will help you find the right section if you have a citation.

If you need to search, you can select the "Statute Search" link in the top left-hand corner to access the "Statute Search" screen.
