Note: The LD List 2010 is constantly being updated to record the Committee action and final legislative action for many of the LDs. Municipal officials should be encouraged to keep track of the developments of the legislation pertinent to municipalities and contact their legislators accordingly. For example, municipal officials may want to take note of the Committee amendments that have been recorded, as well as bills being signed into law as some of them have been emergency enacted and are effective on the day that the Governor signs them (unless otherwise indicated).
