Personnel Services

To its municipal membership, MMA’s Personnel Services provides information and counsel on: performance evaluations, recruitment, discipline and discharge, position classification, pay studies, personnel rules and regulations, affirmative action and sexual harassment issues, collective bargaining, and contract administrations.

On a fee-for-service basis, on-site assistance is available to local government employers with their selection of entry-level employees and promotion of current employees. These services include the following:
