Maine
Townsman,
a monthly
magazine, is sent to
more than 4,500 elected
and appointed officials
and employees of member
municipalities and other
readers interested in
municipal issues.
The
Legislative
Bulletin, an
update of bills and hearings
and MMA's policy positions,
is published weekly when
the legislature is in session.
It is sent to 2,500 councilors,
selectmen and managers,
legislators and the media.
The
Municipal
Directory, a roster
of who's who in local government
and how to contact them,

The annual Municipal Salary Survey is available online for members. This report is a compilation of wage and employee benefits data reported by Maine municipalities. Click Here for an ID and Password (required to access the Salary Survey). The
Municipal
Fiscal Survey is a report on where
the money comes
from and how it is
spent by Maine's
municipalities,
according to population
size. The Fiscal Survey is published
at unscheduled intervals.

Handbooks and Manuals on everything for everyone
from assessors to code
enforcement officers
to planning board members
to tax collectors and
treasurers. A total
of 14 different titles
are
currently available
at reduced costs to
