After clicking "OK," you will see this screen which will ask you to choose an AutoLayout.

Most of the layouts are self-explanatory.

Click on the one best suited for discussing a business' structure.

The first layout and the default (highlighted) is a Title Slide which would be good to start with.

Select the title slide in your PowerPoint program and click "OK."
