Notice of Intent Process

(June 20, 2007 - September 14, 2007) The first step in the consolidation process was for "Notices of Intent" or NOIs which identify the consolidation partners. The NOIs were filed with the Department of Education no later than August 31, 2007. The DOE responded to the NOIs on September 14, 2007, sd required by the new law.
