9/26/07	This audio file is a recording of Commissioner Gendron's appearance before the Appropriations Committee on 9-26-07.  The purpose of her appearance was to update the Committee on the school consolidation issue.  The file, which is approximately 1 hour long, includes discussions about:  rejected NOIs; school choice; barriers to consolidation that may be addressed in legislation (e.g., Minimum 2 mill rate expectation; school choice); and other issues.
