Census Data Needed: Maine Can Do Better

The U.S. Census Bureau reports that nationally, 62% of Americans have responded to requests to provide data about where they live, how many people are in their households, and the like. But in Maine, the response figure is 54%. Census officials are asking municipal leaders to help with the data collection effort, noting that millions of dollars in federal funding can hang in the balance for Maine. The Census Bureau provided videos with more personalized information.
