MMA Hosting ARPA Housing Forum on October 14

Maine’s housing crunch is affecting communities across the state. The arrival of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds is an opportunity for municipalities, counties, and regions to proactively address housing-related issues in their community. This timely forum brings together experts from the public and private sectors across the state to dive into the diverse world of housing planning, development, financing, and advocacy. Join us for a series of presentations and a period of Q&A. This is a great opportunity to hear from Maine’s leaders on how to begin addressing housing concerns in your community.

Presenters: Dan Brennan (Maine State Housing Authority), Dana Totman (Avesta Housing), Christine Grimando (City of Portland), and an advisor from the Governor’s Office
