Terms and Conditions:
PAYMENT / RESERVATION / CONFIRMATION OF SPACE
Preference for booth space will be on a first-come, first-served basis. A confirmation will be sent to the contact name listed on your exhibit space contract via email once we have determined your company’s booth selection. If you have never paid online we will need to setup your account. Instructions will be emailed to you with your invoice confirmation. We accept Visa and Mastercard. The deadline for reserving exhibit space is September 16, 2022, and all invoices must be paid in full before this date. MMA reserves the right to sell unpaid booth space due to non-payment.
CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY
Cancellations of exhibit space will be accepted until September 16, 2022. All cancellations will be billed a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after the cancellation deadline.
