The Town of Island Falls is currently seeking a candidate for a part time, on call, as needed position as a Code Enforcement Officer/LPI. The successful candidate must be willing to meet all State requirements as a CEO/LPI  within one year. This position is a technical and administrative position that is enforcing the municipal codes, zoning ordinances, as well as other applicable State and federal ordinances. The candidate needs the ability to read and understand site plans/building plans.

Being knowledgeable in Shoreland Zoning Regulations would be a requirement due to much activity on lakefront properties. The CEO will attend all meetings of the Planning Board, including information for the board's review. Please forward a cover letter, and resume to the Town of Island Falls.
