The Town of Kennebunkport, Maine will receive sealed bids at Kennebunkport Town Hall, 6 Elm Street, Kennebunkport, Maine until 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 5, 2023 for furnishing of a SINGLE AXLE DUMP TRUCK for the Public Works Department.

A complete set of the bid documents may be obtained from the Public Works Department, 6 Elm Street, (967-4243) at no charge. You can also find it on the Town of Kennebunkport website. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes with the name and address of the Bidder and clearly marked "SINGLE AXLE DUMP TRUCK Bid" on the face of the envelope.
Bids shall be submitted on the provided forms in accordance with the Information for Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw a bid within thirty (30) days after opening thereof.

The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any and all bids.
