The Town of Windham is seeking a dynamic person to join our Public Works Team as the Highway Maintenance Supervisor.  The Highway Maintenance Supervisor is working supervisory position responsible for the overall supervision and operation of the Public Works Highway Maintenance division.  This position oversees a team of 12 crew members.  The position is responsible for the enforcement of operational policies and procedures and providing for the general maintenance of all municipal roads, streets, and drainage systems and equipment.  The position operates under the general guidance and direct supervision of the Public Works Director. 

 The Town of Windham offers a 4-day work week as well as a competitive benefits package that includes optional enrollment in the Maine State Retirement System.
