OFFICE MANAGER
The Bangor Water District is seeking a Full-Time Office Manager. This position is responsible for supervising and managing billing, collections, customer service, and other office functions, including providing clerical support for the district.
The successful candidate must have the ability get along with others in a professional manner, knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams; ability to set up teleconferences and remote meetings; knowledge of office administration and clerical requirements, computerized billing and accounts receivable, excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation; excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as effective leadership and supervisory skills.
The candidate must possess a combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma, Associate degree in business management or the equivalent, three (3) to five (5) years of related office management, demonstrated supervisory or management experience.
As a condition of employment, the employee is required to pass a personal background examination.

The Bangor Water District offers an excellent pay and benefit package. Salary range: $27.41 - $39.75 per hour depending upon experience.
