Maine's Department of Inland Fisheries & Wildlife to Host Two “Resolving Conflicts with Roadside Beavers” Workshops

The department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife is hosting two “Resolving Conflicts with Roadside Beavers” workshops geared toward providing municipal officials with cost-effective, time-tested methods and devices to co-exist with beavers residing along Maine’s roads.  The first full day workshop will be held on Thursday, August 17, 2023 at the Major Gregory Sanborn Wildlife Management Area in Brownfield and the second on Friday, September 29, 2023 at Nutting Hall on the campus of the University of Maine in Orono.  For more information, please review the Brownfield brochure linked here and the Orono brochure linked here
