MMA Legal Services has updated its guidance on administering public comment periods at select board and town/city council meetings. The guidance addresses new legislation, set to go into effect on September 24, 2025, which will require select boards and councils to allow public comment at their regular board meetings. The guidance is also updated to incorporate recent court rulings on related issues. For more information, click here (login required).
