Course Information:
This class provides a brief introductory overview of municipal property tax assessment roles and responsibilities. It is geared toward municipal officials in municipalities without a full-time appointed assessor. The class will briefly cover the statutory framework for assessing property taxes, options for delegating assessing responsibilities, and the fundamental rules governing property valuation.
*Registrants will receive their Zoom link to access the webinar and any course materials, no later than 24 hours in advance of the webinar.
