Dixfield Fire Station Addition

The Town of Dixfield is seeking a qualified architectural/engineering firm to develop preliminary plans for a 2,000 – 3,000 sq. ft. building addition to the current fire station for the purpose of funding development.  The addition will consist of a large multi-purpose meeting/training room & community warming/cooling center, office space and miscellaneous work and storage spaces.  The project will also include minor renovations to the existing structure.

Interested firms are requested to submit a Letter of Introduction and Qualifications, including a brief list of past and/or current projects similar in nature to this request.
