he Town of Eustis is requesting bids for Building Demolition, Removal and fill in of the Basement of the town owned Nadeau House. 53 School Street, Stratton ME 04982 Bid Packets may be obtained at the Town Office, 88 Main Street, Stratton Maine, 04982 during regular business hours or by emailing eustisclerk@eustismaine.org, or by calling 207-246-4401

Any questions on the Bid Packet should be directed to the Admin Assistant at 207-246-4401 during regular business hours, Monday through Thursday 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and Fridays 8:00 A.M to 12:00 P.M.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked on the exterior, “BUILDING DEMOLITION &  REMOVAL BID” To Rachel Williams Admin Assistant by 12:00 P.M. October 15, 2024.  The Select Board will open and read the bids at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at the Eustis Town Office during their regularly scheduled meeting.  The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
