Piscataquis County is accepting email-submitted proposals for a Communications System Upgrade. Proposals must be sent to Chris Lavoie, Project Manager, at [email protected] no later than 2:00 PM on July 30, 2025. One [1] hard copy is required. Late submissions will not be accepted.
All proposals must be clearly marked on the Subject Line: “PISCATAQUIS COUNTY COMMUNICATIONS UPGRADE – Proposer’s Name”. Proposals may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days following the bid opening.
A mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on June 2, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the Piscataquis County Commissioners Chambers, 163 E. Main St., Dover-Foxcroft, ME 04426
