Penobscot County is accepting sealed bids for the sale of a 2016 Ford Police Interceptor Utility. The vehicle has approximately 118,000 miles and is equipped with red and white emergency lighting and a siren.

Deadline for submission: Close of business on Monday, September 15, 2025

Bid Opening: All received bids will be opened by the Penobscot County Commissioners on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 during their regular session.

Additional Terms:

• Penobscot County will verify that the successful bidder is an authorized user of emergency lighting equipment. Verification will be required prior to awarding of bid.
• The successful bidder must remove the vehicle from County property within 30 calendar days of the award notification. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the award.

The Penobscot County Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
