The Town of Casco is soliciting bids for qualified licensed realtors specializing in residential and commercial real estate to assist with the listing, marketing, and selling of various tax-acquired residential and commercial properties per Town Code Section 92-8 Maine State Law Title 36, Part 2, Chapter 105, Subchapter 9, Article 2, 943-C “Sale of Foreclosed Properties”.

Sealed bids will be accepted in the office of the Town Manager until May 12, 2025, at 10:00 am at which time they will be opened publicly and read.  

No bids received after the stated deadline will be considered. The Selectboard reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals.

Please use a sealed, clearly marked envelope with bid name and number when submitting your bid. The proposal, if mailed, should be clearly marked. Only sealed bids will be accepted.
