Minimum Required Specifications

• (1) 50” x 90” Daktronics 10mm Full Color EMC (2-sided display)

• Photocell for auto dimming

• 3 in 1 SMD, Pixel configuration

• Graphic capability – Text, graphics, logos, animation, video clips and data integration

• Character height of 2.8” (7 Pixel Front)

• Venus Control Software

• Non-reflective black louvers and module face grooves dispersing light

• Operating temperatures of -40 to 122 degrees w/ 99% relative humidity non-condensing

• Minimum 5-year warranty

• Lifetime Data Cellular Plan for life of the sign

• Private IP address

• Secure communication, no public access

• (2) 5” x 15’ Steel Poles with Concrete for sign support

• Pole layout: two poles on each end securing the sign in between

• 8” x 11’ Black Aluminum Pole Shrouds with Caps for (2) Steel Poles

• Installation of the sign, supports, and shrouds (Electrical contractor supplied by the Town)

Submission Instructions

Please submit your bid proposal by 1 pm on Thursday, July 10, 2025. Bids will be opened and reviewed by the WPRD Director and the Wiscasset Town Manager at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, July 10, 2025 and a recommendation will be forwarded to the Select Board on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at 6:00 pm
