2025 Public Works Plow Truck

The Town of Wiscasset is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase of a new 2025 model year 4x4 truck with a GVWR of 14,000–16,500 lbs for use by the Public Works Department.

Minimum Required Specifications

Engine:

• 7.3L Gasoline Engine

Transmission:

• Automatic Transmission

Chassis and Body:

• 4x4 drivetrain

• Dual rear axle

• Rear wheel fenders

• Running boards

• White exterior color

Attachments and Equipment:

• 2.5-yard poly cast sander

• 9-foot heavy-duty plow blade

• 8.5-foot, 4-yard dump body

• DOT-compliant strobe lighting

Bid Submission Instructions

All sealed bids must be clearly labeled "Public Works Truck Bid" and submitted by 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 10, 2025 to:
