Appleton Maine-Revaluation RFP

The Town of Appleton, Maine is seeking proposals for a Town-Wide revaluation of all real and personal property, effective no later than April 1, 2027.

The full RFP is available by via the Town of Appleton website at www.appleton.maine.gov 

Sealed Proposal shall be clearly marked “PROPOSAL–PROPERTY REVALUATION PROJECT” and addressed to Board of Assessors, Town of Appleton, 2915 Sennebec Road, Appleton, ME 04862 

Proposals received prior to the time of opening will remain sealed. All Proposals shall be delivered by 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 25, 2024.  Proposals shall be opened publicly at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at the regularly scheduled Appleton Selectboard meeting.
