Notice is hereby given that the Minot Highway Department will be accepting sealed bids for three thousand-five hundred (3,500) yards of half inch minus screened sand for the 2025-26 winter season. Bids are for the sand delivered to the Minot Highway Garage at 329 Woodman Hill Road in Minot, Maine.

Bids are to be received by no later than 4:00 PM on Tuesday, September 2, 2025. Bids received after that time will not be considered. For a bid form see www.minotme.org or call 207-345-3305 x 201. Bids will be opened and reviewed at the meeting of the Board of Selectmen on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at 6:30 PM in the Town Office Basement.
