Project Overview

The Town of Lisbon, Maine, is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for two distinct municipal improvement projects:

1. Beaver Park Pond Erosion Repair Project

2. Walking Trail Paving Project

Scope of Work Summary

Beaver Park Pond Erosion Repair:

• Address erosion around the perimeter of Beaver Park Pond

• Implement erosion control measures

• Perform earthwork and grading

• Restore vegetation as required

• Ensure compliance with local environmental regulations

Walking Trail Paving Project:

• Prepare and pave existing walking trails

• Provide appropriate base preparation and drainage solutions

• Meet ADA compliance standards for trails

• Execute final grading and landscaping to ensure trail stability

Proposal Submission Requirements

Proposals must include:

• Firm name, address, contact information

• Brief description of qualifications and relevant experience

• A detailed description of the proposed approach and methodology
