Library Drainage Solution – Town of Dixfield
1. Introduction
The Town of Dixfield invites qualified firms to submit proposals for the design and implementation of a drainage solution at the Ludden Memorial Library, located at 42 Main St, Dixfield, ME. The goal is to mitigate water accumulation issues affecting the property and ensure long-term site stability.
2. Scope of Work
The selected firm will:
- Conduct a site visit and drainage assessment.
- Provide recommendations for improved stormwater management.
- Design a cost-effective and durable drainage system.
- Conduct installation.
- Provide maintenance recommendations post-installation.
3. Proposal Requirements
Include the following:
- Firm qualifications and similar project experience.
- Proposed approach and project timeline.
- Fee structure and estimated total cost.
- Proof of insurance and relevant licensure.
4. Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated based on:
- Technical qualifications and experience.
- Proposed methodology and feasibility.
