The Town of Hampden is seeking bid proposals for a site plan of the Town- owned site at 146 Western Avenue which includes the approximately 6 acres of cleared undeveloped land. The Scope of Services, including a layout plan of the site, is attached to this Request for Bid Proposals.

Prospective bidders who wish to view the project prior to bidding are invited to attend an optional pre-bid visit meeting on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Municipal Building Conference Room, 106 Western Avenue, Hampden, ME.

Prospective bidders may submit written questions regarding this Request for Bid Proposals to the Recreation Director on or before Wednesday, September 10th at 12pm. Questions may be submitted at the Municipal Building, Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM until 6 PM, or via email to [email protected]. The Town will prepare written responses to all questions received and will provide responses in an addendum to all prospective bidders that participate in the pre-bid meeting, or who notify the Recreation Director in writing that they wish to be considered a prospective bidder.
