The Town of Hollis, Maine is requesting quotes for the paving of three (3) roads within the Town.  Working closely with the Road Commissioner Rob Hanson, the sender will provide the itemized cost for each of the roads outlined below.

The following three (3) roads must be priced for a 1.5” coat of 9.5mm Surface with Tack, Sweeping, Butt Joints for all paved entrances and intersections; 12” aprons for all dirt entrance; Traffic Control and 2 ft. Shoulder Gravel:  

1. Mansion Road – North end from intersection of Deerwander Road to end of pavement;

2. Haley Road – From Route 117 to Saco Road, and Saco Road from Haley Road to Route 35;

3. Whitehouse Road - From Deerwander Road to Waterboro Road 

All quotes must include: Measurements of each road, cost per ton for the asphalt installed, and a total cost per road with aprons and shoulders.

Quotes must be sent through the US Mail, Express Mail or hand-delivered to the Hollis Town Hall – Select Board Office.  Quotes are NOT acceptable through e-mail or fax.

All quotes must be received at the Hollis Town Hall – Select Board Office no later than 5:00PM on Wednesday, June 18, 2025.  Mailed to: Town of Hollis, Attn: PAVING QUOTES - SB Office, 34 Town Farm Road, Hollis, ME 04042.  Quotes received after the deadline will not be accepted.  The Town is not liable for any costs incurred by the sender.  The Town of Hollis, Maine reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes.
