The Town of Castine is seeking an individual to act as an Owner’s Representative throughout the pre-design, design, and construction of a new Fire Station Building (the “Project”). According to a Phase I and II Building Study, the new building may be as large as 11,700 square feet (total impervious areas of 38,350) with related site work and amenities on town owned land located on Battle Avenue (Tax Map 20, Lot 8A). The intent is to retain the Owner’s Representative as soon as possible and to involve them starting in the pre-design phase, and continue through project completion.
