INVITATION TO BID
REVISED MURRAY ROWE PARK IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
The Town of Eliot is requesting sealed bids for the Revised Murray Rowe Park Improvement Project. The whole proposal can be viewed on the town of Eliot's website.

Bids will be accepted by the Town of Eliot at their temporary Town Hall located at 28 Levesque Drive Unit #9,
Eliot Commons, Eliot, Maine until 2:00 PM EST on July 30, 2025, and then publicly opened and read aloud.

All bids must be submitted in writing and enclosed within a sealed envelope clearly marked:

The scope of work included within this PROJECT has been reduced compared to the previous Invitation
to Bid dated April 2025.

The BIDDER is no longer responsible for installation of fencing, safety cap,
dugouts, foul poles, parking lot expansion, guardrails, bollards, irrigation system, permanent signage,
maintenance/mowing of existing natural grass/turf areas not disturbed by construction and various
cultural practices unless otherwise specified herein.

All bids must be made on the forms supplied, (available on the town website with proposal) and the forms must be fully completed when submitted.

Bidder assumes full responsibility for appropriate delivery (via whatever means, including mail) on or
before the designated time and to the designated location.

The municipality is not responsible for any
bids that fail to be delivered on or before the designated time, and to the designated location specified
by this advertisement, regardless of fault.

The request for proposals, contract documents, specifications and plans may be examined at the

and will be posted electronically on the Town of Eliot’s website on the project page.
