REQUEST FOR ENGINEERING PROPOSALS

COLDBROOK ROAD SEWER DESIGN

        The Hampden Public Works Department is soliciting references, qualifications, and cost estimates from engineering firms for design services for a new sewer system to be located on Coldbrook Road between Harold Bouchard Way and US Route 202 in the Town of Hampden.  Interested engineering firms should review the included project documentation, the included expected scope of services for the project, and the Town of Hampden’s General Information for Bidders.  

        Interested engineering firms should submit a list of similar projects completed, detailed Scope of Services for design, design timelines, and cost estimates for the work to be performed as outlined.

        Final design and construction bid documents for the Coldbrook Road Sewer Buildout will need to be completed no more than 18 months after the formal award of the contract.

        The Town of Hampden will be ranking each proposal based on referenced projects, scope of services, and cost estimate for the award of this design contract.
