REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

PUBLIC WORKS OFFICE & WASH FACILITY

          The Town of Hampden is soliciting references and cost proposals from contractors to construct the new Public Works office and wash facility located at 355 Canaan Rd. in Hampden. Interested contractors should review the included project narratives, expected scope of services for the project, drawings and specifications, and the Town of Hampden’s General Information for Bidders.

          Interested contractors should submit a list of similar projects completed, detailed Scope of Services for the project with timelines, and cost amount for the work to be performed as outlined.

          The Town of Hampden will be ranking each proposal based on referenced projects, scope of services, and cost estimate for the award of this contract.

          Bidders are encouraged to conduct visits to the site prior to the bid date. A Prebid
