Invitation to Bid for

Complete Construction Plans for Restroom/Storage Facility

located at New Gloucester Fairgrounds

The Town of New Gloucester is requesting bids for complete plan set and documents to include all structural, plumbing, and electrical drawings and specifications required for the construction of a new Restroom and Storage building to be located off Bald Hill Road on Town-owned property at the New Gloucester Fairgrounds. Bid Packets may be obtained at the Town Office, 385 Intervale Road, New Gloucester, Maine, 04260 during regular business hours or by emailing smyers@newgloucester.com, or by calling 207-926-4126 ext. 257.

Any questions on the Bid Packet should be directed to the Public Works Director, Ted Shane, at 207-650-0286 during regular business hours, Monday through Thursday 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked on the exterior, “Proposal for Complete Restroom and Storage Facility Construction Plan Set” to William Kerbin, Town Manager by 6:00 p.m., Monday, October 21, 2024.  The Select Board will open and read the bids at 7:00 p.m., Monday, October 21, 2024 at the New Gloucester Meetinghouse during their regularly scheduled meeting.  The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
