The Town of Woolwich seeks bids for three separate Winter Road Maintenance contracts, covering three separate routes of roads and/or municipal facilities. The routes and terms for each contract are described in detail in the Bid Information Packet, available from the Town Administrator. Sealed proposals will be accepted until 5PM, Wednesday, June 4, 2025.

Bids are being solicited for contract routes “A,” “B,” and “D-2.” For this project, the Contractor will provide plowing, sanding, and salting to all roads and facilities on the Contracted Route, using contractor-provided equipment, with sand and salt being provided by the Town.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at 3PM at the Woolwich Municipal Building. This meeting will discuss the needs of the Town, and answer any questions. All bidders are required to attend. No proposals will be accepted from bidders who do not attend this meeting.
