Position: Before School Camp Counselor

Do mornings energize you? Start your day by making a difference! Our before-school program is searching for caring, creative, and reliable individuals to join our team of Camp Counselors and brighten kids’ mornings with fun, focus, and encouragement.

Your Morning Mission:

• Lead engaging activities to kickstart the day—games, art, movement, and more
• Create a welcoming space where children feel safe and supported
• Help kids prepare mentally and emotionally for their school day
• Foster positive relationships and teamwork
• Provide gentle guidance with routines and light homework review

You Are:

• Energetic and compassionate with a love for early mornings
• 17+ years old with a commitment to punctuality
• Comfortable working with children in small groups
• Experienced or willing to learn (training provided!)
• CPR/First Aid certified—or willing to become certified
