Midcoast Regional Redevelopment Authority - Chief Financial Officer

The Midcoast Regional Redevelopment Authority (MRRA) in Brunswick, ME is a public municipal corporation established by the Maine State Legislature to implement the Reuse Master Plans the former Naval Air Station Brunswick now known as Brunswick Landing.  The Midcoast Regional Redevelopment Authority is seeking to hire a Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Under the general direction of the Executive Director the CFO is responsible for the direction and oversite of financial and administrative matters including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, long-range financial plans, accounting and MIS internal control procedures, payroll, and banking and audit firm relationship and procurement of goods and services.

This includes oversite of the financial management of the Midcoast Regional Redevelopment Authority which operates the Brunswick Executive Airport, a private corporation known as Brunswick Landing Realty Redevelopment which operates Maine’s largest business incubator known as TechPlace with forty-two early stage companies that share workspace, the Brunswick Landing Electric Utility serving 380 customers, the Brunswick Landing Water Utility District serving 172 customers and the Midcoast Charitable Foundation a registered 501(c)(3) that makes annual charitable grants from venue fee revenues paid to the Airport.
