The Town of Dresden is seeking an individual to add to our office crew. This position is designed to assist the office staff and would be roughly 25-30 hours per week.  Looking for someone who is a team player and enjoys working with the public.  This position requires excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills, and ATTENTION TO DETAIL with the ability to multitask.  Basic computer knowledge is necessary.  The ideal candidate will be reliable, responsible, motivated, highly organized, and a self-starter.  Prior municipal experience with TRIO Software preferred but will train the right candidate.

Duties include assisting customers, answering the phones, issuing various licenses, processing tax payments, cash receipting; assisting the Town Administrator/Clerk and Treasurer/Tax Collector. Starting pay would be $20/hour with a raise after a probationary period.

Hours: Hours can be flexible!  Town Office is open Tuesday-Friday 9:00 am-4:00 pm, with the exception of Thursday 9:00 am-6:00 pm.
