The Town of Bridgton is now accepting applications for a full-time Deputy Town Clerk

The Town of Bridgton is seeking a positive, team-oriented individual to serve as Deputy Town Clerk. The Deputy Town Clerk is responsible for motor vehicle registrations, issuing hunting & fishing licenses, property tax collections, town and state elections, vital records along with other various municipal office duties. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, along with excellent computer, organizational and communication skills. We are seeking a team player who is a highly motivated individual, a multi-tasker and someone who enjoys working with the public. Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Clerical, record-keeping, or customer service experience (preferred)
• Proficiency with office software and strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a collaborative team
• Familiarity with municipal operations and state regulations (or willingness to learn)
  • (Examples: TRIO SQL/WEB, DVRS, MOSES, PetPoint, RapidRenewal, CVR, etc.)
