The Portland Water District is looking for a dynamic individual to join its team as the Director of Human Resources. This key member of the senior management team leads the department responsible for all human resource functions including benefits, safety, employee relations, collective bargaining, personnel policies and procedures, compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and training and development. Experience in the public sector is desirable. 

The Director of Human Resources plays a pivotal role in fostering a culture that values excellence, engagement, and belonging.
