Director of Parks and Recreation

The Town of Berwick is seeking applicants for a full-time Parks and Recreation Director. The Director oversees all recreation and enrichment programs for youth, adults, and families. This position supervises, develops, and expands programs and events to meet the recreational needs of the community.

Qualified applicants will have strong organizational, management and communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Parks & Recreation Management, Sports Management, or a related field and five (5) years’ experience in recreation is preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
