KWD is seeking to fill a Distribution Technician position in Waterville, Maine.

What will I do in this job?

  • You’ll repair, maintain, and replace water distribution system components including fire hydrants, valves, and piping.
  • You’ll drive and operate heavy equipment including several construction trucks, a dump truck, a front-end loader, a vacuum truck, and other equipment.
  • You’ll be part of a skilled team that works together to maintain and operate our water system.

What qualifications do I need?

  • Class B commercial driver’s license with tanker endorsement (or ability to obtain within one year).
  • High school diploma or high school equivalency certification.
  • A desire to work hard and a proven ability to excel in a construction environment.
