This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team that plays a key role in maintaining and improving Sanford’s vital infrastructure.
As the Executive Assistant, you’ll be the organizational backbone of the department – coordinating high-level administrative and operational tasks, managing communications, tracking budgets and grants, supporting training and safety efforts, and helping to keep the department running efficiently. You’ll be a trusted liaison between the Public Works Director and city staff, vendors, contractors and the public.
