The Portland Water District is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to serve as Executive Director of Asset Management and Planning in our Engineering Division. This executive-level role will oversee capital planning, asset lifecycle management, and system performance analytics while working in close collaboration with executive leadership, operational teams, and financial officers to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory compliance. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is a key member of the executive leadership team. Experience in the public sector is desirable. 

The successful candidate must possess a BA, BS or comparable four (4) year degree, Professional Engineer (PE) License or demonstrated equivalent experience, and a minimum of five (5) years of executive level experience in a similarly complex organization.
