We're Hiring: Finance & Human Resource Assistant (Full-Time)

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
- Running weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll like a pro
- Managing employee timesheets, taxes, and direct deposits
- Keeping HR files and benefits info organized and up to date
- Helping new hires get started and supporting recruitment efforts
- Coordinating annual safety training to keep our staff prepared
We’d Love to Work With Someone Who:
- Stays organized and can juggle multiple tasks with ease
- Has experience in payroll, HR support, or office admin (bonus if it’s municipal!)
- Is a people person—courteous, professional, and confidential
- Knows their way around Microsoft Office; TRIO experience is a plus
- Wants to grow with a supportive and collaborative team
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Prior payroll and HR or municipal experience (preferred)
- Coursework in business, accounting, or HR (a plus)
