Town of Lisbon, Maine – Finance Director
Starting Salary: $98,238+ | 4-Day Workweek

The Town of Lisbon is hiring a Finance Director to serve as its Chief Financial Officer. This salaried, exempt position reports to the Town Manager and oversees six direct reports. Responsibilities include financial reporting, budget development, payroll, tax collection, and advising town leadership on fiscal matters.

Lisbon offers a compressed 4-day, 36-hour workweek (Monday–Thursday), a collaborative work culture, and a competitive salary starting at $98,238, depending on qualifications.
