Human Resources Generalist - City of Saco 

We seek a dedicated HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team at the City of Saco. The Human Resources Generalist plays a vital role in the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring efficient management of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with company policies and legal regulations. This role assists in overseeing various HR functions, including recruiting, training, organizational development, and adherence to laws, collective bargaining agreements, and City rules and regulations. The HR Generalist also collaborates with the HR Director to implement programs aimed at enhancing the employee experience. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
