The Town of Durham, Maine is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Public Works Department Mechanic. The successful candidate must: possess a Maine Class A or B License with a clean driving record. This person will be required to plow snow in winter months and drive a truck throughout the year as needed; however, no experience is required for plowing as we are willing to train the right candidate for this task.

All CDL drivers are subject to routine drug and alcohol testing. Durham offers a competitive wage and benefit package with a year-round four-day work week (not including winter storm events). Pay is commensurate with experience.
